"Yeah. Whiskerpaw got frightened, but I don't think anyone got any major injuries. It's over the border now." Tigerfur replied.

Her whiskers still twitching, Whiskerpaw eventually got up from the position she had taken and walked over to the fresh-kill pile. She was desperatly hungry, and even though she knew very well she hadn't yet hunted for the queens and the elders because of the ambush by the badger, she was too tempted by the lively scents to resist them. Sniffing the pile tentativly she eventually picked a mouse that was as large as her forepaw. Not overly large, although it'd fill her belly for a while. Meanwhile, she just hoped that nobody would notice how she had disobeyed the warrior code by taking food for herself first.

"Well, I better get this rabbit back to camp. I'm sure someone will be missing it. You two can stay here or go back to camp, I don't care." Tigerfur mewed, picking up her rabbit and loping away towards camp.

Lionclaw picked uphis catch and padded back after her. Nightrose followed behind empty pawwed, she hated going back to camp without anything.

Whiskerpaw quickly munched up the piece of prey she'd picked, and felt pleased that her empty belly finally began to fill. Once she had completed her meal, she licked her muzzle and wiped off the blood from her whiskers. Looking up she noticed Tigerfur appearing through the entrance with a rabbit in her jaws. She purred lightly, glad that some cat had success in hunting. "Good catch, Tigerfur!" she called gently, smiling and nodding lightly to the warrior to give her proper credit for the catch. Deciding she ought to be doing something helpful as well, she hauled herself forwards and headed for the entrance of the camp. There, she almost found herself crashing face to face with Lionclaw. Immediatly her face flushed and she looked away. "S-sorry," she murmured and sidestepped out of the way, before racing away with her tail flailing behind her like a banner.

Tigerfur sat down her catch, then chuckled and looked up at Lionclaw. She winked at him and padded off towards the warriors den, sitting down to begin grooming herself.

Lionclaw let out a soft chuckle "you alright?" he called briefly after Whiskerpaw as she ran out of camp. He shook his head slightly, smiling as he caught Tigerfur's wink. He padded into camp, his sister followed behind him.

Tigerfur makes her tail all fluffy :3 and finishes up her grooming quickly. "I should probably get these scratches seen to." She thinks.

Echopaw finished up the last bite of rabbit, content for the moment to relax wit hher brother, with no patrols or training to worry about at the moment.

Whiskerpaw quickly ducked out of the way, dodging the question Lionclaw asked and rushing out into the fields. It's so unfair! Why doesn't he seem to like me? Why must he take a liking to Tigerfur instead? she asked herself with a tad of frustration building up. Her amber eyes flashed with cold hatred at the thought of Tigerfur. She had stolen him from her. Her neck fur bristled at the thought and she stomped on through the territory, making such a ruscus all prey in the area would scatter for their homes. Although she didn't care any longer. Why should she? If I can't love him, then no one shall, she thought bitterly, and a smile appeared on her mouth. Yes. No one shall love him, and I'll make sure that anyone who attempts to give their love to him dies a silent, cruel death, she thought and growled lightly with delight at the plan.

She wasn't neccesarily a dark, evil cat, although the thought of losing someone she had put so much effort into loving vanish from her reach was unthinkable. Her mind was momentarily glazed with the anger and rage, and she flicked her tail furiously before she headed for the Thunderpath.

Tigerfur yawned and stretched, her shoulder's feeling stiff. She looked up at the sky and said, to no one in particular, "Looks like this beautiful day is going to turn to rain." There were storm clouds on the horizon, and the wind was picking up. She padded over to the fresh-kill pile and picked up the small sparrow that had been caught by Lionclaw earlier.

Lionclaw glanced around the camp, puzzled as to where the apprentice had run off to. Shrugging he flexed his claws, leaning back in a stretch before heading for the warriors den.

Swiftbreeze padded out of camp bored. He looked around a bit before running off. He wasn't out to hunt, just to stretch his legs.

Nightrose curled up in a corner of camp. She didn't mind the warriors den but preferred to be outside, she liked the cool, crisp air.

Tigerfur ate the sparrow in quick, small bites. After she was done, she cleaned her whiskers and padded into the warriors den. She walked quietly, stepping over Lionclaw, over to her nest. She sunk into her nest with a yawn and curled her tail over her nose. She sank into a sleep, troubled by dark dreams.

(We just fought off a badger, Whiskerpaw has a crush on Lionclaw, and Whiskerpaw also thinks Lionclaw has a crush on Tigerfur. She's like, really jealous of Tigerfur, but I'm pretty sure that she's worrying over nothing. DRAMA-BOMB!!!)

Swiftflight got to his feet as soon as he woke up and stretched, letting the warmth of the sun warm his coat. He was glad to feel warmth after his dream, he'd tripped and fell into a stream. After a little while of sun bathing, he looked over to the fresh kill pile and noticed it would probably need restocked soon. Maybe I should go hunting later.

Tigerfur blinked her eyes open. She yawned and stood up, grumbling something about "Can't get no sleep no more". She padded out of the warriors den and stretched, feeling the sun on her shoulders. At least it didn't rain like I thought it would She thought.

Sighing, Whiskerpaw returned to camp. Luckily, the worst of her anger seemed to have steamed off, although her head was dropping and her tail trailed the ground. Her paws felt heavier than stone. She'd experienced sudden moments of rage like this one before, and she always felt like she was completely emptied of energy afterwards. Besides, her belly growled louder than the monsters on the Thunderpath. She heaved herself over to the fresh-kill pile, took no notice of how little prey was left and picked another piece for herself. The small mouse she'd eaten earlier was hardly enough to fill her belly. This time she took a plumper vole, and walked off to the apprentice den.

The prey made a plopping sound as she released it from her jaws, and it fell limply onto the ground. She narrowed her eyes in disgust at the small, tiny legs. She'd always hated the small feet of rodents. They always got stuck in her throat, and tickled her insides unpleasently. Carefully she devoured the piece, making sure to avoid the small, pinkish paws.

Tigerfur spotted Swiftlight and padded over, her tail held high. "Hey Swiftlight! Want to go hunting with me?" She said, pointing her tail at the meager fresh-kill pile. She laughed and added, "That seems like all I've been doing lately."

Mintpaw strolled out of the apprentices den yawning. She was always grouchy when she got up from a nap. (short post be short)

Swiftflight nodded a greeting to Tigerfur as he saw her padding towards him. "Sure, that'd be great!" He replied and gave one last glance to the fresh-kill pile.

"Should we take anyone else?" Tigerfur asked, looking around the clearing. She spotted Mintpaw and called, "Hey Mintpaw! Want to go hunting with us?"
