Well its happening again Crying or Very sad

My depression is really putting me through the ringer thanks to SAD (seasonal affective disorder). I'm trying my best to fight through but because of everything that's going on with me I don't know if I'll be able to reply in the rps... I feel really bad and I want to be on Warriors Life, I really do! It's just so hard to work up the motivation to keep up with my characters...

i undertand completely; i think i have the same thing, but my doctor and psychiatrist diagnosed me with just generalized depression. have you looked into medication, or therapy to help you? those are your best bets at coping, id wager.

9^9 yeah I go see a therapist and im on meds. They dont seem to be helping much though...

Aw, I hope you get better wolf! My parents know I have depression, but they just don't do anything about and they believe I should just tough it out.

oh wow 8( does your doctor/therapist know it isnt working? they should up the dosage if your current one isnt working, thats really bad if they havent...

Awwwww Thunder Dx I'm sorry. Depression really does suck. It is completely understandable if you have to take time off of the site. We all understand. I really hope that you start feeling better again cx soon. If you need to talk or anything you have friends here.

My therapist is just screwing around with my meds really.. I went from a half dose to a full dose to a half dose and now Im back on a full dose so its been pretty weird.

Things have been getting harder for me but im really trying to hold on...

thats really weird?? i went from a half dose to a full dose but that was bc she didnt know if the current dosage would work, so... idk man, have you talked to them about it? say it isnt working, etc?
