| To answer your questions in order:
-Claw shards are used to purchase items such as powers, username change, etc. in the Claw Shards Shop
-Reputation is like voting. If you like something someone posted you would give it good reputation by clicking the + button. If you disliked it you would click the -
-You would create your character on the create a cat board |
