Even though we are in need of deputies, we do require our applicants to be members of the site for 1+ month. This is to ensure that the person remains active. However, you can change his rank and I bet the mods will gladly move it. Maybe, once you've been here long enough or you prove you're more than worthy for the position, you'll be able to achieve the position.

Let me help you out a little.

First, I'm not sure if you've noticed, but you kinda strike out your words in the application after you edited it. It's not necessary to edit that, but it does make it a bit hard to read.

Second, like Frisk said, you have to be a member for one month before you can apply for a deputy. However, the current Shadowclan leader has three lives left, (According to the Allegiances page), and with said leader currently enjoying battle, the next deputy will probably become leader within the nest three or four months, perhaps much sooner. So even if someone else get's the position, don't give up. I'll even put in a good word for you if you still want the position.

Finally, the rest of the application looks good.
