Lynxpaw looked at the toad. "Because it is a toad." she simply stated and walked into the apprentice den, taking the toad with her. She had to solve this riddle now.

Out in the pines, the blizzard held all in it's brittle grip. The grass cruched under pad, pine needles snapping without the least hesitation. Lifting his sleek white head, Fallowthorns sniffed the air. It was sharp, bitter, tainted by the freezing winds and unrelenting snows. Such winds howled against the tom now, chilling through his pale pelt, deep down to the bone. Turning to his apprentice, Fallowthorns lay his long tail across the smaller ca's shoulders encouragingly. His bright golden gaze bored a trail ahead, but he waited for his apprentice.

Bushpaw sighed. "This danger had better merit us coming out and journeying in the snow," Bushpaw muttered softly while ruffling his fur to get warm.

Treepaw stretched and got up. She ruffled her fur then shook it, getting rid of the snow on it. The brown tabby cat shivered in the cold and then started off to the Apprentice's den. As she entered, she looked for a spot where she could sleep, but the only spot she could sleep in was just hard ground. She slowly ambled to the spot and laid down, flicking her tail in annoyance as she fell asleep.

Sandstone got up and shook all the snow off of her sandy colored pelt and headed toward the scrawny fresh-kill pile. Bending over, she sniffed a mouse for any sign of rotting. Picking up the mouse, she ran towards a bush to get out of the snow fall and begun to eat.
Licking the scraps of fresh-kill off of her muzzle, Sandstone lifted herself to her paws and started at a fast pace toward the Warrior's den. Once inside, She quickly scanned the area for her nest. The sandy colored warrior neatly trotted over to her nest. She then kneaded the thin pile of moss to a comfortable state and laid down in the nest. Sandstone then fell asleep in a few minutes.

The little black kit snuggled close to Silentpaw.
"It-s c-ol-d."she whispered
There were tiny bits of ice on some of her soft fur.

Bushpaw sighed, again, walking in silence. He then turned his attention to the snow falling and dabbed his paw at one of the flakes, falling in the process. He quickly picked himself up, fluffed his fur out again, and licked his chest a few times.

The little kit walked out of the med den and dragging through the snow came to the apprentice's den.She walked to Treepaw and curled down beside her and fell asleep.

Treepaw opened her eyes as she felt something on her side. She lifted up her head and looked to her side. Seeing Darkkit shivering, Treepaw grinned a little and laid her tail on the black kit, to keep her warmer. She then laid her head back down and drifted back to sleep.

Lynxpaw curled her tail around herself. She coughed a little, ad tried not to let any cat see.

The little kit stood up and walked away from Treepaw without her knowing.She went to the corner of the den and coughed a little hiding it away from the other cats.She then curled up and fell asleep in the corner, still coughing a bit each minute.

Silentpaw sighed and glanced at the moon, before padding over to his nest and occasionally opening his eyes. As if the wind would blow into his den and scatter all his herbs that he placed in the back behind him.

The little kit walked out of the nursery dizzily to the med den.

"Silent-" the little kit broke up in coughing.She then continued talking.
"Silentpaw if *cough* it's so cold *bigger cough* how come I feel so *cough* hot?"she asked in a hoarse voice.

Silentpaw quickly grew worried and rushed out of his nest and went towards the kit "It sounds like you have whitecough, Follow me" as he started trotting towards the few empty nests a bit aways from his own

Mossfire sat in front of the warrior's den, having just returned from a hunt with her brother, Wildstorm.

Wildstorm paused, looking around camp for a moment before he joined his sister.

Hawkpaw bounced around the apprentice's den, happy and carefree as always as he looked from someone to play with.

((The blizzard, as far as I know, will last for quite a while. Or at least until Moon says it's over. c: ))

Fernleaf was becoming bored, although soon found something that she could waste some more time at. For a moment her eyes parted ways, and remained like that while she made a croaking sound, like a toad would. Smirking she began hopping around imitating the croaking animal that she was attempting to portray. She had wrapped her tail around her foot, to make her seem like she was tailless. However, even without a tail she seemed to be perfectly balanced. Which could hardly be believed by anyone, surely? The crazy she-cat without the ability to make out what was the rear and what was the front of a mouse, so lightpawed and balanced?
