I was thinking, that the more active WL is, it could use an Event Team/Even Committee, a group of users who apply much like admin applications, but apply to be part of the Event Team- a team dedicated to coming up with regular improvements to the site, contests, events, and more. The Event Team members would not have any administrative power, but would be a lot like the Artists, who contribute art to the site. Instead, they would contribute unique ideas for events and games to keep the forums interesting.
