I've noticed that my warnings haven't gone down in quite a while. I think the last time it went down was in October, maybe November? I'm I supposed to wait 4 months before one is taken down?

You're supposed to wait 1 month. Its been very busy for a lot of people so I apologize for not restoring your last warning bar sooner. It will now be restored.
